Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship dynamics, life transitions, or seeking deeper self-understanding, therapy offers a space to slow down, process, and reconnect with what matters to you.
In my approach, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique experiences. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported in a way that feels grounding and real. I integrate evidence-based approaches with a focus on emotional depth, self-compassion, and practical tools to help you move forward in ways that align with your values. My approach includes talk therapy, as well as becoming more aware of feelings in the body, as well as art based experiences.
